▼Job Responsibilities
Cutting process
This job is to make window glass for cars. The work is assigned to the process of cutting glass to the specified size.
- Glass is fed into the machine and cut accurately.
- The cut glass is checked by an image inspection machine.
Printing Process
Assigned to the process of applying paint to glass.
- Operates a machine that applies paint to the edges of glass.
Bending Process
Assigned to the process of heating and bending glass.
- Glass is fed into the furnace, heated and cooled. Glass weighs from 400g to 5kg.
Encapping process
Assigned to the process of assembling parts to glass.
- Window opening and closing rails, etc. are installed.
