▼Job Responsibilities
【Painting】
Working in a cleanroom, automotive plastic parts are worked on, hung on hangers before painting, and taken off the hangers after painting.
Under the fluorescent lights, parts flowing by are visually checked to confirm there are no defective products.
【Assembly】
Using electric screwdrivers, adhesives, and double-sided tape, plastic and urethane parts are assembled.
Since the work is mostly individual, it's an environment where it's easy to progress at one's own pace.
【Molding】
Urethane is molded using a machine similar to a taiyaki maker, and inspections are conducted to remove burrs from the products.
There is also work to wipe off debris remaining on the machine molds. The area around the machine does not get hot, allowing for safe working conditions.
