Job Description
▼Job Responsibilities
Forklift Operator
Work in a warehouse handling precision parts. Everyone can work with a forklift, and our senior staff will support you well so that you can do the job with confidence.
- Scan incoming parts with a handheld scanner to confirm the number and items.
- Sort the cargo by part number.
- Sort and arrange the packages by forklift to the designated place.
- Checks shipping instructions and performs picking with a forklift.
- Inspects the picked items.
If you have experience in forklift operation, you can fully utilize your skills. Even if you have no experience, you can take on a new challenge with ease, as you will receive friendly guidance.
▼Salary
Full-time employee: Monthly salary: 224,000 yen ~
Overtime allowance 35,000 yen + full-time allowance 5,000 yen + family allowance 7,000 yen (for dependents) paid = total 271,000 yen
Hourly wage for 6 months during probationary period: 1,400 yen per hour
Example of monthly income during probationary period: basic salary 224,000 yen (1,400 yen x 8 hours x 20 days) + overtime 35,000 yen (1,750 yen x 20 hours) = 259,000 yen
Salary increase once a year and bonus 2-3 times a year.
Eligible for retirement allowance
Transportation allowance is provided from 2 km or more, with different amounts depending on the distance.
