- Factory tours to companies in the manufacturing and service industries to engage our human resource matching service (as part of labor management services in the human resource services industry)
- Visit companies with which we have long-standing business relationships
- Labor management of our employees
- Support both clients and staff by acting as a liaison between clients and staff, including procedures for new employees to join the company
- Prepare advertisements for job seekers
- Receive and deliver contracts
- Follow up on annual skills training (e-learning)
- Receipt of year-end adjustment materials
- Deal with workplace and family counseling services, etc
