▼Job Responsibilities
Smartphone and cell phone information staff
This job is to serve customers in the smartphone section of an electronics retail store. No experience necessary.
- Provide interpretation support to foreign customers.
- Provide information on rate plans.
- Explain how to use smartphones and the models.
- Performs contract procedures for new contracts and model changes.
You will become more knowledgeable about smartphones and learn customer service skills. By talking to many customers, you will learn communication skills.
▼Salary
Hourly wages range from 1,400 to 1,600 yen, depending on knowledge and experience. Hourly wage during the training period is 1,200 yen. Salary is paid monthly. Advance payment system is available.

Contract every 3 months (with renewal)

Shifts between 09:30 and 22:00
