[Cleaning Staff]
It is a job to clean the large communal baths and open-air baths at hot spring facilities.
- You will be responsible for cleaning the baths and floors.
- You will carry out tasks like replenishing towels and amenities.
- You will create an environment where guests can feel comfortable.
Even if you have no experience, our senior staff will teach you carefully, so you can work with confidence. The shift can be adjusted freely, so you can work at your own pace. It is a job where you can enjoy the view of the hot springs while making guests happy through cleaning tasks.
▼Salary
The hourly wage is 1,100 yen, and overtime is paid separately. The monthly income example is 151,250 yen, which is calculated as hourly wage × actual work time of 6 hours and 15 minutes × 22 days. Transportation costs are provided based on regulations.

The employment period is renewed every 2 months.

You can choose from the time bands 7:30 to 14:30, 8:00 to 14:30, and 9:00 to 14:30.

Work is based on a two-day weekend system, and shifts can be adjusted freely. Working on weekends and public holidays is also possible, and holiday preferences can be discussed.
