[Bus Driver]
- Operates a route bus, driving on the designated route according to schedule safely.
- Customer service for passengers on the bus is also an important part of the job.
- There may be occasions when you receive words of gratitude such as "thank you" from customers. That is the rewarding part.
For those without experience, we set a 1 to 2-month training period after joining the company and provide careful guidance, so you can start with confidence. A large vehicle class 2 driver's license is required, but there is support for obtaining the qualification, so it's the perfect job for those who love driving. Also, with a shift system, there are many holidays, allowing you to work long-term with peace of mind. We are waiting for applications from those who want to grow through their work.

The monthly salary is over 250,000 yen, and for those making their debut as drivers, it starts from 220,000 yen per month with various allowances and overtime pay provided. After becoming independent, it's possible to earn over 260,000 yen per month, and when working overtime or on holidays, it's expected to exceed 300,000 yen per month. As an example of annual income, there is 4.5 million yen in the third year after joining the company and 5 million yen in the fifth year. There are two bonus payments per year, and as of fiscal year 23, a total of four months' worth has been paid out. The probation period is 6 months, during which the monthly salary is 250,000 yen. Overtime pay is fully compensated.
