▼Job Responsibilities
[Driver Duties]
The Adachi Branch of Tokyo Clear Center Inc. is primarily responsible for driver operations to collect waste materials. The duties provide a safe and comfortable work environment and contribute to the local community.
- Arrive at the office and check the terminal for the day's collection destination.
- Drive the truck to the destination and collect the waste.
- Enter the items of waste collected and the number of bags into the dedicated terminal.
- Transport the collected items to the recycling plant.
- After completion of the collection, return the truck to the company and wash it to complete the work.
Applicants will gain valuable experience in a company that offers a great working environment.
▼Salary
Monthly salary starts at 320,000 yen and includes a fixed overtime allowance of 125,000 yen, equivalent to 80 hours per month. Additional overtime allowance will be paid for any excess hours. In addition, bonuses are paid twice a year, full transportation expenses are paid, special allowances (20,000 yen for working on national holidays and 15,000 yen for working on holidays), and an accident-free allowance. Examples of annual income include 5.12 million yen in the second year of employment and approximately 6 million yen in the fourth year of employment.
