▼Job Responsibilities
[In-plant staff
In-plant staff members work together as a team to perform tasks such as incineration processing and facility management, which are basically divided among the team members. Because the work is not the same every day, you can learn something new every day. It is a job where you can experience your own growth.
- This position is responsible for operations at waste recycling treatment facilities.
- We perform maintenance work and keep the machinery and equipment safe.
- Receives waste and ships recyclables.
- Uses heavy equipment to sort waste.
- We handle incineration operations and contribute to environmental preservation.
- We load, unload, and sort waste that arrives at our own processing plant.
You will work on different tasks every day, having fun while honing your skills. This is a job that values teamwork and is useful to the community.
▼Salary
The monthly salary is from 210,000 yen to 272,000 yen. A bonus is paid twice a year. In addition, there may be a rotating shift allowance of 20,000 yen/month and a special task allowance of 20,000 yen/month. Commuting allowance is also provided. There is no fixed overtime pay system.

Working hours:
1) 8:10 a.m. to 5:15 p.m.
2) 16:10 - 0:30 the next day
3) 0:10 to 8:30 a.m.

There is an average of 10 hours of overtime work per month.

Sundays, national holidays, year-end and New Year holidays (12/30 - 1/3), and Obon holidays (8/13 - 8/15). It is also possible to take 3 weekdays off per month as designated holidays. Annual holidays are 110 days. However, the annual number of days off for shift workers is 96 days, which consists of four shifts and one day off.
