▼Job Responsibilities
Restaurant Manager Candidate Position
As a restaurant manager, you will be responsible for the operation of the restaurant.
General store management
Store management
Recruitment and training
Sales management, etc.
▼Salary
Monthly salary: 340,000 yen (base salary: 210,000 yen + allowances: 130,000 yen)
Includes 93,925 yen (54 hours 43 minutes per month) for deemed overtime and 8,575 yen (25 hours per month) for fixed late-night overtime
Excess overtime will be paid in full (1,716 yen/hour for overtime work).
*This will be determined upon selection, taking into consideration age, experience, and skills.
