▼Job Responsibilities
[Manager Candidate Position].
This job involves performing kitchen and hall duties while organizing the entire restaurant staff. Once you become familiar with the job, you will do the following.
<General restaurant operations
- Kitchen and hall operations
- Food preparation
- Ordering food materials
- Inventory control
- Store staff training
- Shift management, etc.
- Sales management, etc.
▼Salary
Monthly salary: 240,000 yen (base salary: 210,000 yen + benefits: 30,000 yen)
Includes 22,425 yen (14 hours and 46 minutes per month) of deemed overtime and 7,575 yen (25 hours per month) of fixed late-night allowance.
Excess amount will be paid in full.
The above annual salary and other conditions will be determined upon selection, taking into consideration age, experience, and skills.
