【Care Staff Recruitment】
As a care staff member in our facility, you will take care of our residents.
- You will assist with meals.
- You will support bathing.
- You will assist with toilet needs.
- You will help with changing clothes.
- You will be responsible for cleaning within the facility.
We are looking for individuals who can provide a comforting and secure environment with kindness. Even if you have no experience, our senior staff will support you attentively, so you can engage with confidence.
▼Salary
The hourly wage is 1,400 yen, and for certified care workers, it is 1,550 yen. The salary will be calculated at the end of the month and deposited on the 15th of the following month. There are provisions for transportation expenses, overtime, and holiday work allowances. Additionally, there is a weekly payment system.

Updates every 2-3 months, with a maximum update period of 3 years.
