▼Job Responsibilities
【Sales Staff】
You will be in charge of selling smartphones and tablets at a mobile phone shop.
- Proactively speak to customers in the store and listen to their stories politely.
- Propose the best products and pricing plans that match the customers' needs.
- Conduct contract procedures and ensure customer satisfaction.
It is a job where you can provide appropriate guidance through communication with customers. There is a training system in place for those who are inexperienced, so please feel free to apply. In the case of working in Tokyo, Kanagawa, Chiba, and Saitama, the monthly salary starts from 256,000 yen. In Osaka, Kyoto, Hyogo, and Aichi, the monthly salary starts from 248,000 yen, in Shizuoka, Gifu, Mie, Nara, and Shiga, the monthly salary starts from 240,000 yen, and in other regions, the monthly salary starts from 224,000 yen. This amount includes a Workstyle support fund of 4,000 yen per month. Salaries are closed at the end of the current month and paid on the 25th of the following month. There is no fixed overtime pay, and there is an incentive system based on performance.
