Sales Staff
Selling smartphones and tablets at cell phone stores.
- Proactively talk to customers in the store and listen to them politely.
- Propose the best products and rate plans that meet the customer's needs.
- Conduct contract procedures and ensure customer satisfaction.
▼Salary
For positions in Tokyo, Kanagawa, Chiba, and Saitama, monthly salary starts at 256,000 yen.
In Osaka, Kyoto, Hyogo, and Aichi, monthly salary starts at 248,000 yen,
In Shizuoka, Gifu, Mie, Nara, and Shiga, monthly salary starts from 240,000 yen,
224,000 yen per month in other areas.
There is no fixed overtime pay, and an incentive system is also available depending on performance.

Working hours.
Shift work based on a variable working hours system (4 to 9 hours and 30 minutes per day). Average actual work hours are 8 hours per day.
