▼Job Responsibilities
【Job Details】
As a team, you will clean the inside of the plane.
(1 leader, 1 driver, 2 senior staff, 4 general staff)

You will start by cleaning the economy class first to learn the basics.
The economy class seats are simple, so it is easy to learn the work.
There is almost no hard work.


>Areas of responsibility will be determined according to your skills.

▼General Staff
You will learn the work around the seats by going from economy class to business class to first class.

▼Advanced Staff
In addition to the contents of general staff, vacuuming (sweeping), toilet cleaning work

▼Driver
Loads team members (8 in total) into a car and drives them to a location near a passenger aircraft.
Upon arrival, the driver will perform his/her own cleaning duties.
There is a driver's allowance.

▼Leader
Liaise with headquarters, give instructions to team staff, and perform cleaning duties.
Checks after cleaning, cleans cockpit area.
There is a leader allowance.


Teams are made up of people of different nationalities and generations, and work together to clean.

In addition to lunch breaks, you can wait (rest) in the vehicle or in the waiting room (break room) between cleaning operations.
Salary will be paid except for the two-hour lunch break!

▼Salary
Until March 2025: 1250 yen per hour
From April 2025: 1300 yen per hour
　　→1300 yen x 8 hours x 21 days = 218400 yen
　　　　　+ overtime pay (24375 yen for 15 hours per month)
　　　　　+Transportation expenses (up to 15000 yen per month)
　　　　　= (with 15 hours of overtime work) more than 240000 yen per month is possible (in addition, transportation expenses will be paid separately)

▼Contract Period
Contracts are renewed for 3 months (can work longer).

▼Working Days and Hours
【Hours】
　7:00-17:00 (8 hours, 2 hours lunch break)
　8:00-18:00 (8 hours, 2 hours lunch break)
　*We are also recruiting for a short time part-timer from 14:00 to 18:00.


【Working days】
　2 days off per week (21-22 days per month)
　*Preferred days off are acceptable.

10-20 hours of overtime per month
