[Recruiter
This position is for a recruitment staff in a company that invent systems for dispensing pharmacies. And we want you to play a key role to grow up the company.
- You will engage in mid-career recruitment and follow an applicants until entering a company.
- As a new graduate recruitment staff, you will be in charge of operations in the Navi media and information sessions for students.
With a focus on recruitment work, you will engage in other Human resources job. Join us as a member to support the growth of the company.
▼Salary
The salary is on a monthly pay system, from 250,000 yen to 295,000 yen. The breakdown includes a basic salary of 170,000 yen to 190,000 yen, a rank allowance of 20,000 yen to 34,500 yen, and a fixed overtime pay of 60,000 yen to 70,500 yen (equivalent to 40 hours per month). During the trial period, the salary ranges from 237,500 yen to 280,250 yen, with details of the basic salary, rank allowance, and fixed overtime pay differing from outside the trial period. Commuting transportation costs are fully covered in principle, and other allowances include a position allowance (paid from manager level upwards), a housing allowance (paid according to company regulations), and a bonus.
