[New sales position for dispensing pharmacies
This job is a sales role to introduce the Pharmy receipt computer to dispensing pharmacy customers. Even if you have no sales experience, you will be supported from the beginning. We are asking you to do the following jobs.
- Contact dispensing pharmacies by phone to make appointments to introduce the product.
- Visit pharmacies in person to demonstrate our products and explain the advantages of our products.
- We understand your needs and make suggestions to provide the best solution.

08:50~09:00 Morning meeting
09:00-10:30 Tele-appointment work
10:30-12:30 Clerical work (making lists, answering incoming calls, making quotations)
12:30-13:30 Break
13:30~14:00 Movement
14:00-16:00 Visit pharmacies (business meeting and demonstration) x 2
16:00-16:30 Return to office
16:30-17:50 Office work and tele-appointments
After 16:30, depending on the progress, remaining work and answering incoming calls
▼Salary
Monthly salary system: 270,000 yen or more
Incentives and various allowances are paid separately (subject to regulations).
Including fixed overtime of 40 hours/month (60,000 yen/month); excess amount to be paid separately
<Breakdown of basic fixed salary
Basic salary: 180,000-190,000 yen
Position level allowance: 25,500-34,500 yen
Fixed overtime: 64,500-70,500 yen *40 hours/month
<Other allowances
Commuting and transportation expenses: In principle, all expenses are paid.
Position allowance: Paid from section manager and above
Housing allowance: Provided in accordance with company regulations
Incentive allowance: Provided

▼Overtime Details
The average monthly overtime is about 20 hours. A fixed overtime pay for 40 hours is included in the salary, but any excess will be paid separately.
▼Holiday
Annual holidays are 125 days, including Saturdays, Sundays, and national holidays. If the total of Saturdays, Sundays, and national holidays does not reach 125 days, an additional adjustment allowance is provided.

Trial period: 3 months after employment
