▼Job Responsibilities
【Development Engineer】
In this position, you will develop medical systems used in pharmacies of Japan. Particularly, creating programs based on insurance and low is important. You will conduct the following tasks:
- Advance the development of the medical system "Rececon".
- Use C# to create programs related to insurance and laws.
- Furthermore, improve to make the system more user-friendly than the existing systems.

Monthly salary: 300,000-600,000 yen
<Breakdown
Basic salary: 200,000-240,000 yen
Position level allowance: 28,500-217,000 yen
Fixed overtime: 71,500-143,000 yen *40 hours/month

Commuting and transportation expenses: In principle, all expenses are paid.
Position allowance: Paid from section manager and above
Housing allowance: Provided in accordance with company regulations
Incentive: Separate incentive may be paid according to the evaluation in the first and second half of the year.

The annual holidays are 125 days, and Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays are days off. If the total of Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays does not reach 125 days, there will be an additional adjustment allowance.

Trial period: 3 months after employment
Salary during probationary period: 237,500 yen to 280,250 yen per month
Basic salary: 190,000 yen to 228,000 yen
