【Izakaya Staff】

You will be involved in food and beverage services at Izakaya Hanagumi. It's a job where you provide delicious Japanese cuisine and support the enjoyable time of customers.

- You will perform preparations and cooking in the kitchen. It is an environment where you can thoroughly learn cooking skills.
- You will prepare for serving beautifully presented dishes, including plating and dishwashing.
- You will be responsible for guiding customers to their seats and serving food. We ask that you always ensure customer service with a smile.
- You will handle billing and cleaning up, striving to ensure customers have a comfortable experience.

Even if you have no experience, we have a support system in place, so you can work with confidence. Let's work happily in a lively workplace with many colleagues.

▼Salary
- Monthly salary of 300,000 to 500,000 yen + bonus (twice a year)
- Fixed overtime pay of 86,000 yen for 45 hours included (extra hours will be paid separately)
- Uniform late-night allowance for 50 hours included
- Salary will be determined considering experience and ability
- There is a bonus paid twice a year
- Commuting allowance (up to 5,000 yen/month), position allowance (15,000 to 150,000 yen/month)
- Defined contribution pension (as a substitute for retirement benefits)

▼Overtime Details
*Currently, the fixed monthly overtime hours are 45 hours to 25-28 hours.
Overtime hours will be improved every year!

▼Holiday
Complete weekly two-day system (8 to 10 days off per month), 110 annual holidays, summer vacation, year-end and New Year holidays, paid leave, condolence leave, maternity leave, and paternity leave are available.

▼Training
The trial period is 6 months. There will be no changes to the employment conditions during the trial period.

▼Work Location
The work location is Izakaya Hanagumi, with the address being 1-5 Ichigi Kuramachi, Kanazawa, Ishikawa Prefecture. The nearest station is Nomachi Station, and it is a 3-minute walk from Korinbo bus stop.
