【IT Help Desk】
Use your English skills and work at the IT help desk for a major airline company. Solve everyday IT troubles and support the airline's ground staff.
- Explain how to install software.
- Support during inability to access files.
- Solve printing issues with printers.
- Support network connection issues.
You will handle phone and email communications in English, so your language skills will further improve. We welcome those who are interested in new challenges and enjoy achieving goals through teamwork.
▼Salary
The monthly salary ranges from 180,000 yen to 210,000 yen. The annual income is between 2,680,000 yen and 3,300,000 yen, including an assumed 10 hours of overtime per month. Depending on the interview results and experience, there is a possibility of preferential treatment. Overtime allowances are paid in full, and transportation expenses are also fully reimbursed according to company regulations. A bonus is paid twice a year (June and December), and there is an annual salary increase in June. There is also a retirement benefit system (Defined Contribution Pension Plan 401K).

▼Overtime Details

▼Training
Upon being assigned to the team, approximately 2 months of training is scheduled. The training content includes classroom learning and OJT (On-the-Job Training). There will be a check before debut, and afterwards, one will become independent. The duration of the training can be adjusted according to the proficiency level.
