【IT Help Desk】
Would you like to utilize your English skills and work at the IT help desk of a major airline? We support airline ground staff by resolving day-to-day IT problems. (Responding to inquiries from overseas visitors)

For example,
I want to install software, but how do I do it?
I can't access my files.
I'm unable to print anything on my printer.
I'm unable to connect to the network.

You will use English and respond to phone calls and e-mails, further improving your language skills. We welcome people who are interested in new challenges and like to work with a team to achieve them.

▼Salary
Annual salary: 2,680,000 ~ 3,300,000 yen (offer amount varies depending on skills and experience)

* Bonus: Twice a year (June and December)
* Salary increase: Once a year (June)

* All transportation expenses paid
* Full payment of overtime allowance

No fixed term of contract

▼Working Days and Hours
5 days a week, 8 hours a day

1) 7:00 ~ 16:00
2) 13:00 ~ 22:00
3) 22:00 ~ 7:00

* 24 hours a day, 365 days a year shift system / Rotation among the three shift patterns

▼Overtime Details
Average 10 hours/month
* Full overtime pay is available.

Holidays based on shift

▼Training
Approximately 2 months of training (classroom and OJT (on-the-job training))
Training period may vary depending on the level of proficiency.
