▼Job Responsibilities
【Hall & Counter Staff】
At the Mid Garden Horinouchi Store, you will be engaged in customer service at the hall and counter. You will play an important role in providing customers with a comfortable gaming environment.
- Perform cleaning of slot machines and their surroundings to maintain a clean environment.
- Provide support such as showing customers the location of the bathroom or carrying drinks when they are in need.
- Handle the reception of membership cards and assist customers to ensure they can use the services smoothly.
Even if you have never entered a pachinko parlor, there is a training system in place, so even those with no experience can work with peace of mind. There is no heavy lifting, and tasks are progressed based on manuals, allowing many female staff members to actively participate. You can work with peace of mind by using earphones and a microphone to collaborate with other staff.
▼Salary
- The basic hourly wage is 1,150 yen or more, determined by experience and ability.
- There is a pay raise system, and hard work and ability are properly evaluated and paid as needed.
- During the training period (about 2 months), the hourly wage is 1,100 yen.
- The hourly wage for late-night work hours is 1,500 yen or more, and after the training period, it will be 1,200 yen.
- There is an allowance of 500 yen per workday for working on weekends.
- A petit bonus is paid twice a year. (Based on regulations)
- As an example of salary for a full late shift, monthly income is 219,560 yen plus various allowances (transportation expenses: 20,000 yen, and 500 yen per workday allowance).
The hourly wage will start at 1,200 yen for those with the following conditions
1) Available to work both early and late shifts
2) Available to work 19 days or more per month (9 or 10 days off per month)
3) Able to work full time
