▼Job Responsibilities
Home care for the disabled and elderly
We help people with severe disabilities or the elderly who need support to live their own lives in their own homes.
Examples of staff duties
Looking after and changing the position of the elderly
Washing, cooking, cleaning, and other daily living assistance
Physical assistance such as toileting, transferring, etc.
Transportation support
Care at bedtime, care when waking up
Suctioning of phlegm (as needed)
Filling out nursing care records
Filling out nursing care records, etc.
▼Salary
You can choose to work only day shift / only night shift / both.
(Hourly wage / 1-5 days per week available)
Day shift only】9:00~18:00
Hourly wage: 1,360 yen
Night shift only】22:00~8:00
Hourly wage: 1,710 yen
However, working hours will vary depending on the place of work.

No fixed term of contract (however, the first two months are fixed-term employment)

∟Commuting by car is possible (depending on the work location).
・Moving expenses and other subsidies are available for those who wish to make a U/I turn (with stipulations).
Up to 70% of the operating salary can be paid in advance.
