▼Job Responsibilities
Exterior Wall Remodeler.
This job is to clean the walls of buildings. No experience is necessary. You can acquire skills through various tasks while learning new techniques. Specifically, you will be responsible for the following tasks.
- Using the rope swing method, you will sit on a swing and apply and repair tiles in high areas of the building.
- Paint and prepare the walls of the building to make them look nice.
- Close gaps between walls to keep rain out.
- Take pictures of the construction and organize and document them.

- Monthly salary is from 300,000 yen (estimated annual salary is 3,600,000 yen).
- Bonuses are paid twice a year and depend on performance. (From the second year of employment)
- Commuting allowance is provided up to 23,000 yen/month.

Weekdays 08:00-17:00
*In some cases, work may be required on holidays. In that case, there will be a substitute day off.
