**General Affairs Position**
In the general affairs position, you will work to support everyone working in the factory while creating a comfortable working environment within the company. It's an important job related to the manufacture of pharmaceuticals. Specifically, it includes the following tasks:
- To ensure a safe working environment in the factory, you will perform sanitary management.
- Manage all necessary items in the warehouse and ensure that whatever is needed in the workplace is always available.
- Manage procedures such as signatures and approvals, and organize documents.
It's a critical position that supports the manufacturing of pharmaceuticals, with the role of supporting everyone to be active. You can learn new things and expand your skills while working.

Information on salaries is as follows
- Estimated annual salary: 3.6 to 5.4 million yen
- Overtime allowance: Paid separately (except for management positions)
- Bonus: Twice a year (most recent result: 4.45 months)
- Salary increase: Once a year
- Position allowance: Acting section manager (20,000 yen)/section manager (10,000 yen)/head (5,000 yen), team leader (3,000 yen)
- Benefits include family allowance and rent assistance
Salary will be determined based on experience and ability.

▼Overtime Details
Overtime work averages about 10 hours per month. Overtime allowances are paid additionally for work outside the regular hours, except for managerial positions.
▼Holiday
Holidays and vacations are as follows.
The annual holidays are 126 days. This includes a complete two-day weekend (Saturday and Sunday) as well as public holidays. Additionally, there are Golden Week, the anniversary of the foundation (June 16), summer vacation (5 days), and New Year's holidays (from December 30 to January 3).
Paid leave is granted from the time of joining the company, with 4 to 10 days granted depending on the month of joining. Paid leave can be taken in hour increments, with a maximum of 40 hours available. A pre-registration system for taking 5 days of annual paid leave exists, and taking long vacations is encouraged.
Special leaves include condolence leave, disaster leave, childcare leave, nursing care leave, child nursing leave, menstrual leave, award leave, refresh leave, jury duty leave, volunteer leave, nursing care leave, maternity leave before and after childbirth, and are prepared. Under the Papa Quota system, all male employees with children under 2 years of age are recommended to take more than 5 days of leave, of which 5 days are paid.
