Job Description

▼Job Responsibilities
Machine Operator
- This job involves manufacturing fibers used for suitcases and musical instrument cases.
- Raw materials are fed into the machine, and the fibers are dried into sheets by rollers.
- The products dried in sheet form are stacked to make finished products.
- The machine does most of the work and checks the thickness and weight of the finished product.
- Also responsible for preparing daily reports and troubleshooting.
- Also responsible for setting rolls of semi-finished products into the machine.

▼Salary
- The hourly wage is 1,500 yen.
- Example monthly income is 256,173 yen.

- The payroll is closed on the last day of the month and paid on the 20th of the following month.
- The late-night allowance is 0.25 times the hourly rate.
- The overtime allowance is 1.25 times the hourly rate for weekday overtime and 1.30 times the rate for statutory holidays.
