【Headlight Assembly & Inspection Process】
This job involves assembling car headlights.
Tasks include:
- Tightening screws with an electric screwdriver.
- Attaching parts.
- Setting components into the equipment for automatic processing.
- Visually inspecting and checking finished products.
【Parts Supply & Logistics Process】
This job involves transporting parts to the production line.
Tasks include:
- Moving parts using a cart.
- Delivering parts to the production line.
- Organizing empty parts containers.
- Transporting finished products and packing them into boxes.
【Machine Operator】
This job involves operating machinery.
Tasks include:
- Loading parts into the machine.
- Operating the machine.
- Removing finished parts.
- Transporting components.
All tasks come with thorough training, so even those with no prior experience can apply with confidence.
▼Salary
- The hourly wage ranges from 1,200 to 1,550 yen.
- From the start of employment until the first contract renewal, the hourly wage is 1,200 yen. After renewal, it increases to 1,240 yen.
- Monthly salary examples:
- For a three-shift schedule: 240,600 yen at 1,200 yen/hour, 248,620 yen at 1,240 yen/hour.
- For night shifts: 252,000 yen at 1,200 yen/hour, 260,400 yen at 1,240 yen/hour.
- Overtime pay is increased by 25% of the hourly wage.
- Night shifts come with a night shift allowance.
- Transportation expenses are covered, with a maximum limit of 12,827 yen/month. The reimbursement rates are 12 yen/km for cars, 4 yen/km for motorcycles, and 2 yen/km for mopeds.
