【Care Staff】
In a care facility, we assist with the daily living of the elderly.
- We remember the names and faces of the residents, and advance our work while communicating with them.
- In meal assistance, we bring food that is easy to eat and support in holding chopsticks, etc.
- As toileting assistance, we provide guidance to the toilet and support for posture.
- In bathing assistance, we help with guiding to the bath and changing clothes, and create a comfortable environment for the residents to enjoy.
Even if it's your first time, you can easily receive an introduction through the web or phone without needing to visit our company in person, so you can start with peace of mind. We welcome those without qualifications as well, and it is a rewarding job.
▼Salary
Hourly wage is 1600 yen or more and all transportation expenses are paid. 3 months or more experience in nursing care and a certified caregiver are eligible for a pay raise and an hourly wage increase. Hourly wage will be increased by 25% for those who work more than 8 hours per shift. If you are qualified, your hourly wage will also increase by at least 50 yen as a qualification allowance. Salaries can be paid weekly and are due on the following Tuesday after the Friday closing date.

Short-term (within 3 months) / long-term (over 3 months) employment is possible. In the case of short-term employment, we are actively hiring people who can work for more than 2 months for their first contract. The contract period is negotiable, so please feel free to contact us.
▼Working Days and Hours

Day shift is from 7:00 to 21:00 and night shift is from 16:00 to 10:00 the following day, 8 to 15 hours per day.

There is a break of 30 minutes to 1 hour depending on the work hours. During the night shift, there is a 1 to 2 hour break.
