▼Job Responsibilities
Excavator assembly staff
Our company assembles the driver's seat part of excavators. The work is characterized by simple tasks that are easy to start even for inexperienced workers, and the process can be carefully carried out one by one. The job contents are as follows.
- Installing sunshades.
- Assembling the gaskets.
- Safely install the windshield.
- Tightens small parts using bolts.
This is simple work that allows you to earn a solid income while enjoying a sense of accomplishment. Senior staff will guide you carefully at the beginning, so you can consult with them immediately about anything you don't understand. ▼Salary
The probationary period is 6 months.
A full-time allowance of 5,000 yen and a family allowance of 2,000 yen are included.
Salary increase once a year and bonus twice a year are also provided.
Transportation expenses are provided, and car/motorcycle commuting for more than 2 km one way will be paid according to the distance.

Overtime is approximately 0-10 hours per month and varies depending on production volume.

The company is closed on Saturdays and Sundays, with two days off per week.
Annual holidays are 125 days, including summer and New Year vacations, GW leave, nursing care leave, maternity leave, parental leave, and special leave (4 days for your marriage, 2 days for child marriage, 2 days for spouse's childbirth, and 2-4 days for family misfortune). Annual paid leave is granted after 6 months of employment with a minimum of 80% attendance.

The basic salary during the probationary period is 216,000 yen.
