▼Job Responsibilities
Pit staff and in-store staff
The main responsibility of this position is pit work at the car accessory store "Yellow Hat".
- Responsible for replacing and installing car accessories such as tires, oil, and batteries.
- Inspecting and maintaining vehicles.
- Explaining and proposing services to customers.
- Receiving service orders, selling products, and settling the cash register.
Please be assured that you will be assigned to a job according to your Japanese level.
We will support you kindly even if you have no experience.
We also have a system to support the acquisition of mechanic qualifications.
▼Salary
- Monthly salary: 225,400 yen - 340,600 yen
→ Basic salary: 188,600 yen to 243,100 yen
Fixed overtime (27 hours): 36,800 yen - 47,500 yen
Role allowance: 0-50,000 yen
*Overtime work in excess of 27 hours will be paid separately.
- Other allowances
Housing allowance: 7,000-10,000 yen
Family allowance: 3,000-10,000 yen
Reward for achievement: 0-20,000 yen
Auto mechanic allowance: 5,000-40,000 yen
- Bonus: 2 times a year, 2.00 months on average
