【Store General Staff (Yellow Hat Kyoto Southern Store)】
As a general store staff member at Yellow Hat, you will be responsible for a wide range of duties at the store.
- You will engage in tasks such as installing car accessories like tires, oil, batteries, and car navigation systems.
- You will provide services explanations and suggestions to customers.
- You will handle store operations such as cashiering, display arrangement, and data entry.
For the position we are recruiting for, in the future, you will have the opportunity to engage in management duties as a store management staff member. There is extensive training available, so even those without experience can feel reassured to improve their skills. Furthermore, there is a system to support the acquisition of mechanics' qualifications.
▼Salary
- Monthly salary: 225,400 yen - 340,600 yen
→ Basic salary: 188,600 yen to 243,100 yen
Fixed overtime (27 hours): 36,800 yen - 47,500 yen
Role allowance: 0-50,000 yen
*Overtime work in excess of 27 hours will be paid separately.
- Other allowances
Housing allowance: 7,000-10,000 yen
Family allowance: 3,000-10,000 yen
Reward for achievement: 0-20,000 yen
Auto mechanic allowance: 5,000-40,000 yen
- Bonus: 2 times a year, 2.00 months on average

Overtime available. Average monthly overtime hours are 20 hours. In special circumstances, up to 6 times a year, an extension of 80 hours per month and 720 hours per year is possible.
