[Automotive Seat Assembly Work]
Our job is carried out in a factory where we manufacture automobile seats. We are responsible for designated positions and perform our tasks according to the following procedures:
- Take your designated position.
- Use drivers and impacts to assemble parts and products flowing on the conveyor.
- Pass the assembled products to the next process.
As a team completes automotive seats, teamwork is emphasized. Our workplace has many women and inexperienced workers, so even those who are new can work with confidence. You can work happily and stress-free in a bright atmosphere. Weekends are off, so it's easy to value your private life as well. It's perfect for those who aim for a high income. The job involves repetition, but you can feel a sense of accomplishment every day.

The hourly wage is 1,600 yen, and there are 20 to 40 hours of overtime, making it possible to earn over 300,000 yen per month. Overtime pay is provided.
