2nd year of employment: ¥219,200/month + ¥10,000 qualification allowance (mechanic level 3) + bonus = annual salary of approximately ¥3.4 million
5th year of employment: 225,500 yen/month + 20,000 yen/year in qualification allowance (mechanic level 2 + maintenance supervisor) + bonus = annual salary of approximately 3.6 million yen
6 years of experience or more Position: Chief Salary: 256,900 yen per month + position allowance of 10,000 yen + qualification allowance (Level 2 mechanic + chief mechanic) of 20,000 yen + bonus = annual salary of approximately 4.2 million yen
More than 6 years of experience Position: Chief Salary: 256,900 yen/month + Position allowance: 10,000 yen + Qualification allowance (inspector): 40,000 yen + Bonus = Annual salary: approx. 4.5 million yen
