Management of Vietnamese technical intern trainees
- Skill assessment of Vietnamese technical intern trainees
- Support for Japanese language study
- Support for the trainees' daily life
- Interpretation between Japanese staff and trainees as needed
- Business trips to Kanto offices are required about once a month
Training and Recruitment Department
- Planning and operation of training for new recruits and manners.
- Also plans training for professional staff
Human Resources & General Affairs
- Creation of job application guidelines
- Conducting company information sessions
- In charge of hiring and termination procedures
- Document management
▼Salary
Assumed annual income
2.3 to 2.6 million yen
- University graduate: From 195,000 yen/month (including 15,000 yen regional allowance)
- Graduate: From 205,000 yen/month
Qualification allowance
- Additional 10,000 yen per month for those who have JLPT Level 1
Allowance
- Overtime allowance is paid separately.
- Commuting allowance is provided at a maximum of 25,000 yen depending on the commuting distance. Actual expenses will be paid when using public transportation.
Other
- Bonuses may be paid in July and December (subject to a target period).
- Salary increase is in principle once a year (in April), but after one year of employment, it is determined by company performance and personnel evaluation.

Saturdays follow the company calendar.
Summer vacation is 4 days, New Year's vacation is 6 days, and birthday vacation is available
10 days of paid vacations are granted after 6 months of employment, up to a maximum of 20 days.
In addition, childcare leave and nursing care leave are available

Trial period is 3 months after employment, with no change in conditions during the trial period.
