【Hourly Wage】
- For the first 2 months after joining: 1,350 yen
- After 2 months: 1,250 yen

【Monthly Income Example】
- For the first 2 months after joining: Over 219,000 yen (1,350 yen x 7.75 hours x 21 days)
- After the first 2 months: Over 203,000 yen (1,250 yen x 7.75 hours x 21 days)
