▼Job Responsibilities
【Medical Catheter Manufacturing Staff】
This job involves the production of medical catheters.
- Using a microscope, you will connect and assemble small tubes with tweezers.
- You will apply adhesives to finish the assembled products.
- Inspect the parts to ensure they meet specific quality standards.
- Carefully pack the completed products into designated boxes.
Training is provided to help you get started, so even beginners can work with confidence!
▼Salary
Base Salary: ¥1,150/ hour
Monthly Example Salary: ¥173,190 (excluding overtime and night shift allowance)
Payment Cut-off Date: Last day of the month
Payment Date: 20th of the following month
Transportation Allowance: ¥10 per kilometer (for car commuters)
Salary Advance System: Available

9:00 AM - 5:30 PM (7.5 hours of actual work)
Shortened working hours can be discussed.
Break Time:
1-hour lunch break, with alternating shifts between 11:30 AM - 12:30 PM or 12:30 PM - 1:30 PM.

8 hours

Generally, no overtime required.
If overtime is worked, it will be paid at 1.25 times the regular hourly rate.
▼Holiday
Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays are holidays. Additionally, there are long holidays during the summer/Obon and the year-end/New Year period. The total number of holidays in a year is 124 days.
▼Training
The trial period is 2 months. Training is conducted from scratch for inexperienced people, and the person in charge of education will support you until you can stand on your own.
