[Care Staff]
This is a job that involves supporting the daily lives of elderly residents in a nursing facility.

- Remember the residents' names and faces, and interact with them.
- Assistance with carrying food and holding chopsticks.
- Assisting with trips to the restroom and helping with positioning.
- Assistance with bathing and getting dressed.
- We provide support to ensure residents can live comfortably.

7:00 AM Arrival at work, handover, and assistance with waking up
8:00 AM Serving breakfast and assisting with meals
9:00 AM Bathing assistance and health check
11:30 AM Break
12:30 PM Clean up after lunch
1:00 PM Socializing with residents / Sorting laundry
2:00 PM Recreation
3:00 PM Tea service
3:30 PM End of shift

〈Night Shift Schedule (Example)〉
4:30 PM: Arrive at work and receive handover
5:00 PM Prepare dinner and check in with everyone
5:45 PM: Assistance with meals and medication
6:30 PM Oral care and assistance with bedtime
7:30 PM: Record-keeping and medication support
8:30 PM Lights out
9:00 PM Patrol and call handling
11:00 PM: Daily report prepared
12:00 AM Assistance with toileting
(Taking turns to rest)
5:00 AM Assistance with toileting
6:00 AM Nighttime Log
7:00 AM: Assist with waking up / Handover
8:00 AM: Assistance with meals and medication
8:30 AM Handover to the day shift
9:00 AM End of shift

▼Salary
Hourly wage: ¥1,350 and up (for those with 3+ months of caregiving experience and qualifications)
※ Hourly wage for inexperienced workers: ¥1,300
・Full transportation expenses covered
・25% wage increase for shifts of 8+ hours per day
・Qualification allowance available (+¥50 or more)
・Weekly pay available (Payroll cut-off: Friday / Payment: Tuesday of the following week)

Short-term (up to 3 months) or long-term (3 months or more) available
For short-term positions, minimum 2 months of work required
Contract period is negotiable

【Working Hours】
Day Shift: 7:00 AM to 9:00 PM
Night Shift: 4:00 PM to 10:00 AM the following day

【Break Time】
Day Shift: 30–60 minutes
Night Shift: 1–2 hours

【Minimum working hours】
8 hours per day

【Minimum working days】
5 days per week
