▼Job Responsibilities
【Machine Operator & Color Matching Work】
As a machine operator, you will manufacture textile materials used in sportswear and car interiors. It is an environment where you can work with peace of mind, even without experience.
- You will mix coating materials.
- Operate coating machines, set fabrics, and add ingredients.
- After dyeing, compare the fabric with the standard sample to judge the color matching.
- Operate and drive the finishing machinery for the fabric, and conduct quality inspections.
This job is ideal for those interested in manufacturing or who want to challenge themselves in the manufacturing industry. Holidays include Saturdays and Sundays off, allowing for a fulfilling private life.

Hourly wage: 1,300 yen
Hourly wage for holidays and late-night work (10pm-5am): 1,625 yen
Example of monthly income: 257,519 yen (based on 20 working days, 15 hours of overtime, and 1 day off)

There is an average of 10 to 15 hours of overtime per month, and during busy periods, there is about 30 hours of overtime per month.

Saturday and Sunday are holidays, based on the company calendar. Additionally, there are vacation days during Golden Week, summer, and the New Year's holidays. Depending on the business circumstances, there may be instances of working on holidays once or twice a month.

For about 2 weeks from joining the company, it will be a training period, and you will be working daytime shifts.
