▼Job Responsibilities
【Caregiver work】
- You will be a companion through communication with our users.
- Accompany them on walks and assist them with eating, bathing, and using the bathroom.
- Plan seasonal recreational activities to make life enjoyable.
▼Salary
- The hourly wage for those with experience and qualifications in nursing care is 1250 yen to 1300 yen.
- The hourly wage for care workers is 1300 yen per hour, and 1180 yen per hour for those with no qualifications or experience. (This is the hourly wage for working in Takasaki City. Salary will vary depending on work location.)
- For night shifts, the daily wage for unqualified workers is 22,700 yen

You can choose from short term (less than 3 months) to long term (more than 3 months).
Some jobs are available for as short as 2 months.

【Working Hours】
Shifts are a minimum of 4 days per week, 6 hours per day.
- Early shift: 07:00 - 16:00 (1 hour break)
- Day shift: 9:00-18:00 (1 hour break)
- Late shift: 11:00 - 20:00 (1 hour break)
- Night shift: 16:00 - 09:00 (2 hours break)
【Rest time】
- Break time is 1〜2 hours depending on working hours.
