▼Job Content
Responsible for inquiries and support in English and Tagalog from both new customers and existing residents of Village House rental apartments.
✓ Support by e-mail/phone/SNS from new customers regarding the availability.
✓ Adjusting property viewing schedules
✓ Responding to inquiries about rental contracts
✓ Responding to inquiries related to repairs/lifestyle from existing residents
✓ Responding to inquiries regarding cancellation
*It is necessary for you to communicate in Japanese between members of your team and other coworkers.

▼Salary
¥3,360,000 ~ ¥3,900,000/ year
(approx. ¥280,000 ~ ¥325,000/ month)
* Monthly salary includes fixed overtime allowance ¥52,370 ~ ¥60,786/ month
