▼Job Responsibilities
**Esthetician**
As an esthetician, you will be responsible for body and facial treatments as well as overall salon operations.
You'll provide personalized advice on esthetic courses and home care to help clients achieve their beauty and weight loss goals.
▼Salary
■ Full-Time Employee (After 6 Months of Employment)
Monthly Salary: ¥262,916 and up
Base Salary: ¥196,766
Presumed Overtime Allowance: ¥47,949 (for 33 hours)
Presumed Late-Night Allowance: ¥3,201 (for 11 hours)
Additional Presumed Overtime Allowance: ¥15,000 (for 10 hours)
■ Fixed-Term Contract Employee (First 6 Months of Employment)
Monthly Salary: ¥228,732 and up
Base Salary: ¥196,766
Presumed Overtime Allowance: ¥31,966 (for 22 hours)
Notes:
Includes fixed overtime pay
Additional incentive available: ¥1,000 to ¥20,000 (based on internal company policy)
May require business trips to salons outside the prefecture
▼Contract Period
For the first 6 months after joining, you will be employed under a fixed-term contract.
There is a limit to contract renewals (maximum total contract period is 1 year).
After the fixed-term period ends, you may be promoted to a permanent full-time position based on performance evaluation and passing an internal exam.

The salon is on the 7th floor of the building just past Doutor, which has a dental clinic on the 1st floor.
