▼Job Responsibilities
【Esthetician】
As an esthetician, you will be responsible for body and facial treatments as well as overall salon operations.
You'll provide personalized advice on esthetic courses and home care to help clients achieve their beauty and weight loss goals.
▼Salary
■ Full-Time Employee (After 6 Months of Employment)
Monthly Salary: ¥240,729 and up
Base Salary: ¥179,155
Presumed Overtime Allowance: ¥43,659 (for 33 hours)
Presumed Late-Night Allowance: ¥2,915 (for 11 hours)
Additional Presumed Overtime Allowance: ¥15,000 (for 11 hours)
■ Fixed-Term Contract Employee (First 6 Months of Employment)
Monthly Salary: ¥208,261 and up
Base Salary: ¥179,155
Presumed Overtime Allowance: ¥29,106 (for 22 hours)
Notes:
Includes fixed overtime pay
Additional incentive available: ¥1,000 to ¥20,000 (based on internal company policy)
May require business trips to salons outside the prefecture
▼Contract Period
For the first 6 months after joining, you will be employed under a fixed-term contract.
There is a limit to contract renewals (maximum total contract period is 1 year).
After the fixed-term period ends, you may be promoted to a permanent full-time position based on performance evaluation and passing an internal exam.

As deemed overtime, an allowance for work done outside regular hours is provided, with full-time employees receiving for 33 hours per month, and fixed-term contract employees expecting 22 hours per month.
