◼️Business Description
This job involves installing water pipes to deliver water that people use every day. We work in a variety of locations, including under highways, inside facilities, and many other places. Since this is public work, it is an important job that supports the city's infrastructure.
◼️ Specific work
Surveying: We look at the blueprints and the site and figure out how and where to place the pipes.
Piping: Cut the pipe to length or change its shape in order to place it in the correct location.
Welding: Two pipes are melted together to make a tight connection.
Painting: Paint is applied to the pipes to protect them from rusting and breaking.
◼️ Example of a typical day
06:45 Gather at the Toyonaka Plant and depart for the work site by company truck.
08:00 Arrive at work site, morning meeting, and start work
12:00 Lunch break
13:00 Resume work
16:45 Depart from site
17:45 Return to the factory
◼️Growth model from those with no experience
1st year: Learn the flow of work at the site and each job.
2nd year: Aim to obtain a welding license.
3rd year: Able to make on-site arrangements based on own judgment.
Fifth year: Active as a leader in the field with the acquired skills and knowledge.
10th year: Act as a manager to nurture junior staff.
▼Salary
◼️ Monthly salary: 250,000 yen (including 30 hours of fixed overtime)
This is not a "per diem" salary that varies depending on the number of days worked on site.
A fixed amount of salary is paid every month.
◼️ Bonus: 2 times a year, about 300,000 yen x 2 (depending on performance)
◼️ Salary increase: Once a year
◼️ Other allowances: Allowance for working on holidays/business trip
◼️ Overtime work
Basically, there is little overtime for work.
However, there are days when it takes time to travel to the work site.
The salary includes a fixed overtime rate (30 hours), which is assumed to include the time spent in captivity, including travel.
If actual work exceeds 30 hours, additional overtime will be paid.

▼Overtime Details
There is generally no overtime, but when it does occur, it is approximately one hour per day. A fixed overtime allowance of 30 hours is included. Any excess will be paid separately.
▼Holiday
Two days off per week (Saturday work may be required during peak season. (In past years, about 1 or 2 per month)
Compensatory holidays and allowances are provided.
More than 120 days off per year
Long vacations include GW, summer vacation, year-end and New Year's vacations, and vacations may be moved back or forth depending on business conditions.

The trial period is 3 months, and there will be no changes to salary and treatment during the period.
