[Care Staff]
This job involves supporting the daily lives of seniors at a long-term care facility.
- Remember the residents' names and faces, and communicate with them.
- Assistance with carrying food and holding chopsticks.
- Assisting with trips to the restroom and helping the person get into the proper position.
- Assistance with bathing and getting dressed.
- We provide support to ensure residents can live comfortably.

7:00 a.m. Arrive at work, receive shift handoff, assist residents with waking up
8:00 a.m. Serving breakfast and assisting with meals
9:00 a.m. Assistance with bathing and health check
11:30 Break
12:30 Clean up after lunch
1:00 PM Socializing with residents and sorting laundry
2:00 p.m. Recreation
3:00 p.m. Serving tea
3:30 p.m. End of shift
<Night Shift Schedule (Example)>
4:30 p.m. Arrive at work / Handover
5:00 p.m. Prepare dinner and check in with everyone
5:45 p.m. Assistance with meals and medication

Starting at 1,400 yen per hour (for those with at least 3 months of caregiving experience and relevant certifications)
*Hourly wage for entry-level employees: 1,350 yen
・Full reimbursement of transportation expenses
・A 25% increase in hourly pay for shifts of 8 hours or more per day
・Qualification allowance available (50 yen or more)
・Weekly pay available (payroll cut-off on Friday; payment on the following Tuesday)

Short-term (within 3 months) / long-term (over 3 months) employment is possible. In the case of short-term employment, we are actively hiring people who can work for more than 2 months for their first contract. The contract period is negotiable, so please feel free to contact us.
