Monthly salary from 200,600 yen

Qualification allowance: 3,000 yen per month for those who have completed training for beginners or Helper Level 2.
5,000 yen per month for those who have completed the practical training program or Helper Level 1, and 8,000 to 10,000 yen per month for care workers.
Family allowance is 5,000 yen for a dependent spouse and 3,500 yen for one to three children under 18 years old.
Housing allowance is 10,000 to 20,000 yen per month for those who rent more than 45,000 yen.

Bonuses are paid twice a year and raises are paid once a year. An example of annual salary of 3,518,000 yen or more is possible. This amount includes monthly salary, family allowance, housing allowance, and bonus.
