Job Description
▼Job Responsibilities
Plastic Parts Manufacturing Assistant
In this role, you'll be helping to make plastic parts for car headlights. Specifically, your tasks will include:
* Setting part molds into the painting equipment.
* Attaching plastic parts to the molds.
* Removing painted parts from the set and placing them onto a dolly.
* Taking painted parts off the molds and feeding them onto an inspection conveyor.
▼Salary
- The hourly wage ranges from ¥1,300 to ¥1,400. After one year of employment, the hourly wage increases to ¥1,350, and after three years, it goes up to ¥1,400.
- Overtime pay is fully compensated.
- For example, if you work 20 days a month at ¥1,300 per hour with 20 hours of overtime, your estimated monthly income would be ¥233,010.
- Transportation expenses are provided according to company regulations, with a maximum of ¥12,827 per month. You'll receive ¥12/km for cars, ¥4/km for motorcycles, and ¥2/km for mopeds, based on distance.
- A daily meal allowance of ¥150 is provided, totaling ¥3,000 per month if you work 20 days.

Break Time: 75 minutes
Minimum Daily Working Hours: 8 hours

Overtime will be approximately 20 hours per month, and overtime pay will be provided for hours worked over 8 hours a day.
▼Holiday
Annual holidays total 121 days, with a 2-day weekend system (Saturdays and Sundays off). Long holidays include approximately 9 days each for Golden Week, summer, and New Year's.
▼Training
The trial/training period is 14 days. The conditions during the trial/training period are the same as those for regular employees.
