▼Job Responsibilities
①Building Maintenance (Facilities Manager)
 Facilities management (A: Inspection and maintenance of air conditioning equipment, inspection and repair of air conditioners, heating and cooling equipment, boilers, etc.); B: Management of electrical equipment (inspection and legal inspection of distribution boards, lighting, emergency power supply, etc. (by chief electrical engineers); C; Management of water supply and drainage equipment (inspection and cleaning of water supply pumps, drain pipes, water storage tanks, etc.); D: Management of water supply and drainage equipment (inspection and cleaning of water pumps, drain pipes, water storage tanks, etc.) Management of elevators and escalators (in
(cooperation with maintenance companies, attending inspections, simple operation checks, etc.).
Those who have working experience in the above, ABCD, or have qualifications as a Class 2 electrician, building environmental sanitation management engineer (building plumbing), boiler engineer, or hazardous materials handler (Class B, Category 4).

2) Building and facility cleaning work (daily cleaning: daily cleaning of lobbies, hallways, restrooms, etc.; periodic cleaning: periodic cleaning of glass, floors, carpets, etc. with specialized equipment; special cleaning: working at heights, washing exterior walls, cleaning inside air conditioners, etc.)

Hourly wage amount x hours worked = salary paid
Hourly wage amount depends on the work assignment and skills.

▼Contract Period
Depending on the placement, "no fixed term", "limited term", or "2-month renewal" may be available.
