Job Description
▼Job Responsibilities
Housing building materials processing and panel assembly work
Exterior wall panel assembly: Fixing aluminum square pipe, wood, and plasterboard with nails
Interior wall panel assembly: Insulation is placed in a wood frame, and dehumidifying sheets are fixed with nailers.
Parts processing: Cutting aluminum pipes and welding on nuts, cutting plasterboard, and attaching wood to square pipes
Cleaning tiles for exterior wall panel installation: Removing glue from the back of tiles, cleaning and wiping the surface
Processing and picking of square timbers for exterior and interior walls: setting of square timbers for one wall
▼Salary
Hourly wage] 1,400 yen
Example of monthly income: More than 270,000 yen possible
(20 days of work, 25 hours of overtime, 10,000 yen for transportation expenses)
Overtime work may vary depending on the department and time of year.
Transportation expenses are paid up to 30,000 yen/month, multiplied by the round-trip commuting distance as 10 yen per km.

Immediate to long-term, contract renewal every 2 months.

Working hours: 8:30 a.m. to 5:15 p.m.
Break time:
8 hours of actual work (45 minutes break) plus 60 minutes paid break

Overtime varies depending on department and time of year.

Saturdays, Sundays, and national holidays are closed
Golden Week, summer vacation, and year-end and New Year's vacations are available as long vacations.
Holidays are based on the company calendar.

The first 2 weeks of employment is a legal probationary period.
Salary will remain the same during the probationary period.
