There is a public holiday on the 8th of the month. The consumption rate of statutory paid leave is 100%, and the average number of annual paid leave days taken by employees is 10 days. Additionally, there is a special paid leave system available for reasons such as childbirth, marriage, death, and moving. We implement a closure of all stores after the New Year and after long holidays.
