【Housing Advisor】
This job involves thinking and proposing the ideal home alongside the customer.
- You will respond to customer inquiries and receive consultations about building a home.
- In the showroom, you will guide customers through the best plan while they actually see and touch the options.
- To realize the customer's dream, you will work in cooperation with in-house staff and partner companies.
- After the house is completed, you will cherish the relationship of trust with the customer and also perform aftercare.

In this job, you can enjoy seeing the smiles of customers and the sense of achievement when the house you designed becomes reality. There are no quotas, and it is important to be attentive to the customers. ▼Salary
- Monthly salary starts from 250,000 yen to 350,000 yen, evaluating your experience before joining the company comprehensively, and will be favorably considered.
- The annual income in the first year is between 3.5 million yen and 6.5 million yen.
- Achievement in incentives is about 400,000 yen to 1.5 million yen per month.
- Bonuses are paid twice a year, with a track record of 400,000 yen to 1.5 million yen annually.
- Commuting allowance, overtime allowance, position allowance, qualification allowance, and family allowance are provided.
- For applicants from afar, there is support for moving expenses (with an upper limit, details require consultation).

Holidays follow a full two-day weekend system, with 120 days of holiday annually. Holidays include New Year's holidays, summer vacation, paid leave, bereavement/disaster leave, prenatal/postnatal leave, parental leave, refresh leave, children's event leave, honeymoon leave, and care leave. Since last fiscal year, the annual holidays have increased to 120 days, promoting work style reforms.

The trial period is 3 months. The conditions are the same as those at the time of formal employment.
