Job Description: Fresh fish department in a supermarket
- Unloading and cutting fish (*It's OK if you can't do it!)
- Packing, pricing, displaying
- Freshness check and customer service
- Eventually: Purchasing, sales management, and management are also possible.
If you have no experience, you can start with simple tasks such as packing!
Eventually...
After gaining experience, you can take on the challenges of market purchasing, sales management, and staff training/management!
You can also aim for long-term career growth.

First year with the company (35 years old): approx. 3.5 million yen
5th year with the company (store manager): approx. 6 million yen

Overtime: 30 hours per month on average

Annual holidays: 105 days + 5 or more paid days (digestion rate of 103%!)
