▼Job Responsibilities
【Hard Disk Operator】
You will be engaged in the manufacturing process of hard disks, which are precision machinery parts. The work includes the following tasks:
- Use a press machine to process parts. You will also be involved in working on changing molds and straightening any distortions in the disks through annealing.
- After processing, pile the disks and apply heat treatment to flatten them.
- Finally, manually inspect the products to ensure that they have been manufactured correctly.
▼Salary
The hourly wage is from 1,400 yen to 1,750 yen. As an example of monthly income, if you work 21 days a month at an hourly wage of 1,400 yen, it will be 235,200 yen. Overtime pay applies if actual working hours exceed 8 hours. Also, during peak times, there may be about 10 hours of overtime per month, and overtime allowance will be paid. Transportation costs are also reimbursed, but there are regulations. There is also a system available for advance payment of wages.
